St. Paul, MN – March 20, 2026 – Interplastic Corporation today announced a price increase of up to $0.23 per pound on HK Research branded products. This increase will apply to all shipments made on or after April 4, 2026. This pricing adjustment is driven by a rapid surge in raw material and operating costs resulting from ongoing instability in the Middle East. These conditions have led to significant volatility in oil and energy markets, transportation disruptions, and rising fuel costs that continue to create logistical challenges and potential supply chain interruptions.
